Pricnic & Charcuterie Packages

        Luxury Picnic & Event Policies 

• We do not leave picnics unattended and ask the same of you. We will wait for you to arrive for your picnic.
• You are responsible for ALL picnic items until we arrive to clean up. If, for some reason, you wish to leave early or end your picnic early, you must notify us by phone call or text (760-207-0768) 20 minutes in advance.
• We will not extend your picnic time if you are late for your picnic. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to pack up your picnic and not reschedule or refund you. We may have other picnics we need to attend, and we can not wait for you to arrive. Please be on time.
• Damage or Loss of Accessories: client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of Luxx Design Picnics inventory. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to inventory, up to and including the actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. We will collect a fully refundable deposit that will be returned 48 hours after the picnic to cover any incidentals. Normal wear will not be charged.
• We do not offer refunds once payment has been received. If you need to reschedule your picnic, you must do it 72 hours before and have 90 days from the original date to reschedule.
• If you decide to cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before the start of your picnic rescheduling fee is $100. If you had any food, cake, or fresh flowers and we have ordered them, this will not transfer to your new picnic date.
• Adding more time while your picnic is going on is $50 for 30 minutes and $75 for an hour.  

Deposits & Cancelation Fees (Luxury picnics) 

To book a picnic, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost and a refundable damage and incidentals fee of $200. The remaining deposit must be paid 24 hours before the picnic. If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. If less than 72 hours of cancellation, 50% of the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, if any specialty items or materials were ordered at your request, you may also be charged for these.

 Deposits & Cancelation Fees ( Charcuterie) 

We require a refundable deposit fee of 50% to confirm your booking. This deposit fee will allow us to reserve the necessary materials and equipment for your charcuterie board(s) or grazing tables. The remaining balance should be settled 72 hours before your event, so we have ample time to make the necessary arrangements.

We understand that changes are sometimes inevitable, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations. However, we kindly request that you do so within 7 days of your event. If you cancel after this period, a fee of $50 will be withheld from your deposit. This is to offset the costs we incur in preparing for your reception.

Please note that additional fees may apply if you request any specialty items or materials for your custom boards. Our team invests significant time and effort in designing each board to ensure that it meets your specific requirements.
